Experiences were gained leading global teams and P&L accountability in the pharmaceutical, energy, consumer, and specialty chemicals industries, and directing centers of excellence in customer management and strategic marketing.
As the Executive Director of the Cranfield KAM Best Practice Forum for 15 years, I have collaborated with top organizations, researchers, and consulting practices.
