The living account plan

Something closer to a brain than a binder: an account plan an AI maintains from raw sources, against your methodology, so it is current when you open it.

The annual account plan gets written, presented, filed, and never opened again. Not from laziness: a static document cannot keep pace with a live account, and no team has the hours to keep one current by hand. The living account plan is the alternative, something closer to a brain than a binder.

It has three layers. Layer one is the raw sources: call transcripts, emails, QBR decks, the annual report, CRM records, dropped in as they arrive and never edited. Layer two is the plan itself, a set of interlinked pages the AI maintains: one per stakeholder, one per opportunity, the value ledger. Layer three is the schema, your own methodology written as plain-language rules the machine follows. AI supplies the hours. The machine is the clerk. You are the strategist. It is useless for a transactional account and earns its keep where the knowledge about a customer is complex, fragmented and spread across many people, which describes every key account worth the name.
